In this class students will gain strength and flexibility while learning to tumble. Students will focus on improving core strength and arm strength so they can perform more difficult skills. We will work mostly on the floor, but we do use the bar and learn basic bar skills.
Prerequisite: Students must be able to hold a handstand and perform a forward roll.

Participants must be 8 years to 15 years old when the program starts.
