Instructor: Angela Drane
In this class we cover the basics of differentiation and integration. We will cover Calculus topics in a way that focuses on the formulas and methods rather than the proofs of the formulas, making this subject within the reach of any student who has successfully passed previous math courses.
While we do cover applications of Calculus, students who are interested in engineering or applied mathematics will be encouraged to bring their own application questions to be worked through in class. Interested students can also do extra credit by doing proofs.
Students must have completed Pre-Calculus.
Students will need a Graphing Calculator
Students who need to finish before 5/21 can take the final early. Spring break 3/2 to 3/20.
