Instructor: Ginger Sewell
This course is designed to allow students the experience of using a variety of artistic mediums (chalk pastels, oil pastels, watercolors, watercolor pencils, acrylic paints, tempera paint sticks, clay, alcohol inks, etc.) We will draw, paint, sculpt, mosaic, do printmaking, create metal repousse, and more. We will learn how to layer colors to add depth to our artwork. Some projects will be based on specific artists and their styles. All projects will be geared to the ages in each class.
Participation in the Fine Arts Festival is required.
